"As a registered nurse for almost thirty years, I knew I wanted to continue to make a difference in the lives of others. Working on my master's degree in public health allows me continue to give back to the community in a capacity that I would not be able to do without the education. It is giving me a new insight to helping heal and promote health in the community. Grand Canyon University's staff and instructors have made the transition of retiring to a student seem natural. I believe you can never have too much education or too many people encouraging and supporting you. GCU provides both."
