The Bridge (Master of Science in Nursing with an Emphasis in Nursing Leadership in Health Care Systems) pathway, offered by Grand Canyon University's College of Nursing and Health Care Professions, helps experienced RNs with a bachelor's degree outside of nursing make the transition to master’s degree studies.
Upon completing the seven courses in the nursing bridge pathway, you will enter the MSN with an emphasis in nursing leadership. In this MSN bridge pathway, you will develop your skills in critical thinking, effective communication, leadership, and administration of resources in preparation for a management role in today’s complex health care environments.
